Brunch @ Pulp Kitchen

I’d heard of Pulp Kitchen, a European brasserie, but hadn’t had an opportunity to check it out. A friend and I decided to head there for brunch on a Saturday morning.

We both ordered the same thing – Pulled pork in beans, baked eggs with toast soldiers.

Absoultely loved this dish! The toast โ€˜soldiersโ€™ were fried (or deep fried?) to give it extra crunch factor and buttery goodness. There was a generous serve of pulled pork and slightly runny eggs. When mixed together, it made it an awesome, tasty, warm and filling dish. Dipping in the soldiers with my fingers is the way you’re meant to eat any baked egg dish. YUMMO! I was very impressed! I’d definitely order this dish again and recommend it to others. Couldn’t get enough of it.
