Today was Highgate Lane’s official opening. Located inside the Cusack Centre (entrance next to Bittersweet) in Kingston’s Green Square, Highgate Lane is the latest coffee roasters and cafe to open in Canberra. The latest coffee house to open in Canberra is Coffee Lab housing the capital’s first steam punk machine to scientifically brew your coffee. I walked past Paleo Perfection Espresso Bar the other week, and after finding its Facebook page, I found out it was opening today. The latest Lonsdale Street Roasters project, Remedy, opened up at the Kingston Foreshore in late December. Remedy only offers coffee and some pastries – no cooked food. Farmers Daughter, a Yarralumla brunch spot, opened up a sister store in the Canberra Centre last week.
